Leisha McCord is an accomplished and creative freelance makeup artist with experience in print/editorial, film/t.v., and celebrity work. Originally from Honolulu, Hawaii Leisha decided to move to Los Angeles to pursue her career full-time. Over the past 7 years she has transcended and grown as a Makeup Artist always coming up with new and interesting ways to express her passion for her art.
Leisha's true talent for makeup wasn’t discovered until she began her training and education from Make-Up Designory in Burbank, California in 2002. Not long after completing the program she began working on various projects and Leisha soon made a name for her herself and quickly developed a reputation for flawless makeup application. A few years later she signed with agency, MMK in Hollywood, California. Along with her affable personality, Leisha provides her clients with a dependable and detail-oriented professional to add to the success of the creative team of any project.
Always interested in new fresh ideas, Leisha's work has been recently featured on Inside Edition, Maxim Online, along with Ads running in Nylon and Lucky Magazine. In addition to a standing billboard for HYPE on 3rd st in Los Angeles and Times Square in NYC.Her experiences range from working with print, film/television, celebrity,and fashion to even weddings.
Leisha continues to develop her craft and is always open to creating something new and innovative for her clients and at the same time support their visions.
